Assembly and installation

Our experienced assembly team is responsible for the assembly and installation of systems for our customers both in Germany and abroad.

They position the control cabinets, terminal boxes, control panels and drive cabinets and set up the necessary cable routes (floor trays, rising mains, wide span cable trays) in accordance with the provided layout. After connecting all components through the cable ducts, the cables and system wires are pulled in. According to the specification of the hardware plan, the different wires are fitted and connected to the relevant ends. During or after the installation, we label all the system components (components, cables, single conductors, clamps ...). The electrotechnical measurements (DGUV V3 measurement, Profibus or Profinet measurements) conclude the installation and assembly works. These checks are required for the acceptance of the systems.

The support of our programmers while the commissioning phase is also an important part of our installation team. Since September 2014, we have provided an apprenticeship for an industrial electronics engineer.
