Project management means the best support of our customers from the order to the final acceptance.
Our project managers coordinate requirements and monitor the progress of the project. They have an overview over all disciplines, starting with hardware planning, through to commissioning, and regularly coordinate with the customer about all matters. Through active communication and the close personal collaboration in all phases of the project, the current schedule and cost situation is always transparent and understandable for everyone.
The many years of experience of our project managers in the individual disciplines is a key advantage for us.
